Manager Elisabeth Hagen
Combining her extensive experience from music and marketing/business, Elisabeth Hagen has been the full time manger for The CIC since June 2008.


Legendary Pantera engineer/producer Sterling Winfield. With more than 20 years in the business, working with numerous super stars, such as Pantera (several albums and tours), Hatebreed, Korn, Ozzy, Heallyeah, S.Winfield was brought in to mix the first two singles for The CIC in March 2011. Ramon Ortiz, 7 string guitarist/songwriter extraordinaire. Credited by many as the man behind the fusion of Latin and Metal music, Ramon is the man behing success bands Puya and Ankla. He has extensive experience from all major festivals in the US and Latin America, including several performances at Ozzfest. Since they met in L.A. in 2010, he has been the guitar mentor for The CIC and they still work closely, with weekly lessons online. The CIC credits Ramon with her remarkably quick progress as a lead guitarist.


Music Attorney, Leonard Lowy, London.
Leonard has extensive background from the music business. He was in charge of legal affairs for Island Records and served on their board of directors. He is also a successful platinum selling manager.


Bengt André B. Thomassen, this young and talented Norwegian web designer has already a vast portfolio from all kinds of businesses. He started to work with The CIC in May 2011 and is the man behind her new logo and website.


Deva Couture, Burbank, California. The CIC has worked with Deva Couture since April 2010, when they designed the official uniform for The CIC together. They are currently working on 2 new variations of the uniform.


Karel Losenicky, renowned fashion photographer, Milan, Italy. Karel shot the official pictures in Milan in May 2011, on top of Alari Park Studios. Hair and Make up was done by the fantastic duo Chiara Giuzetti (make up) and Annalisa Massari (Hair).



The highly acclaimed engineer/producer Sterling Winfield has toured and recorded with some of the biggest names in Metal / Hard Rock over the last 20 years. Among them PANTERA (serveral albums), Hatebreed, Korn, Black Label Society and Hellyeah.

In 2011 The Commander In Chief and S.W. started their professional cooperation, when he mixed her first two singles, to be released during the summer / fall 2011.
